This notice covers the public BIOGAS/OPS website and its demo-request form. Customer deployments and user accounts are governed by their applicable agreement and data-processing terms.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, we collect the contact, company, plant-context, and inquiry details you submit. The request is delivered to the BIOGAS/OPS sales mailbox. It is not written to the BIOGAS/OPS application database.
Why we use it
We use submitted details only to understand your operating context, respond to the inquiry, arrange a walkthrough, and follow up about BIOGAS/OPS.
Retention and deletion
Demo-request emails are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial conversation or applicable legal obligation. You may request deletion at any time.
Analytics
Optional marketing analytics load only after you allow them. Demo-form values are never included in analytics events. You can decline analytics without affecting the website or demo request.
